1x 75cl Res Fortes Rose (2022)

A blend of Grenache Noir (40%), Grenache Blanc/Grenache Gris (30%) and Syrah (40%), makes this a great easy drinking, dry, summer Rose wine.

1x 75cl Res Fortes Red (2019)

A blend of Grenache Noir, Syrah and Mourvedre, it consists of 30% Grenache Noir aged in Puncheons Barrels. 30% Grenache Noir tank aged, 10% tank aged Syrah and 30% tank aged Mourvedre.

1x 75cl Res Fortes White (2019)

A blend of Macabeu (60%), Grenache Blanc (20%) and Grenache Gris (20%), makes this a great easy drinking, dry, summer wine.

1x 75cl Res Fortes Merlot (2021)

A 100% Merlot wine, grown from one of our small organic vineyards. This is our newest wine style which we made from the new vineyards that we purchased in 2018.

Our “Brave” wine is grown in a single vineyard of 120-year-old vines on the highest and steepest north facing vineyard in Maury overlooking the Agly valley. The slightly cooler temperature in the vineyard lets the fruit grow at a slower pace, allowing us to create a wine that ages well.

This 100% Grenache Noir is only picked in selected years to meet the quality level for Brave. Once selected this is aged in 4-year-old 400L barrels for 18 months.

“Traveller” winemaker, Moritz Bak, spent four years exploring the globe whilst making wine in some of the world’s top wine regions. His passion for winemaking only surpasses his fondness for mountains. This specially selected 100% Syrah from his Premium Syrah vineyard is a perfect reflection of that experience and devotion. Aged in stainless steel tanks with no barrel ageing, this is the ideal wine to decant and drink now or to put down for later.
